Garment Exchange Policy

Garments returned within SEVEN days may be exchanged for another garment or a STAXS voucher as long as the following criteria have been met:

1: Original sales reciept must be presented.
2: The STAXS labels and swing ticket are still attached to the garments by the nylon ties used by STAXS.
3: The garments have not been worn.
4: The garments are not soiled or damaged.
5: Returned within SEVEN days of purchase.

If after leaving the store, a fault is found with the manufacture or fabric, all your rights under the Consumer Gaurantees Act apply.

At STAXS we value our customers and respect your privacy. We collect information about you through our website in an effort to improve your shopping experience, as well as communicate with you about our products, services and promotions. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
