Q: Does STAXS offer a Buy on-line or purchase over the phone service?
A: At this stage STAXS does not have the facility to offer these options. However STAXS is currently looking into these options in the near future.

Q: What sizes do STAXS garments come in?
A: The STAXS size range is size 6 - 18. Some styles will only range from 6 - 16.

Q: Is STAXS New Zealand owned?
A: Yes, STAXS has always been and still is a private New Zealand family owned and operated company.

Q: Can I get a garment transferred from one store to another for me to purchase?
A: Yes you are able to have an item transferred. There will be a charge of $10 for the courier fee.

Q: A button has come off my garment, what do I do?
A: Take your garment into your nearest STAXS store. A staff member will re-attach the button in-store. If however the button is lost the garment will need to be sent to Head Office for repair.

Q: Does STAXS make various leg lengths in their pants?
A: STAXS does not produce various leg lengths in their trousers range. We do not offer a service to hem trousers. Look Smart Alterations are found in most shopping malls STAXS has stores in and we highly recommend their service.
