SECURITY & PRIVACY

Shopping on the internet should be as enjoyable and worry free as shopping in a store, therefore the security of your private information is our top priority. Our DPS security system encodes your credit card and contact details to ensure it’s safe transfer.
All payments are processed via a secure payment gateway operated by Westpac.

We understand and respect our customers need for privacy. Therefore you can be assured that we will not sell your name to any third parties. It is necessary for us to obtain your contact information in case we need to contact you regarding your purchase. To notify you about our upcoming promotions we may also contact you via e-mail. You will be given the opportunity to decide to join/be removed from the list. If you wish to have your name removed from our e-mail distribution list you may unsubscribe through any email newsletter sent to you at the bottom of the page.


SHIPPING INFORMATION -Overview

All parcels are shipped by courier. We aim to send all orders within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment, at which time you will be sent an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

You should then allow for up to 3 business days for your package to arrive to New Zealand addresses.

Please note that during peak seasonal dates, delivery timeframes are longer (particularly the November/December Christmas period).

Please note that we can only deliver orders to New Zealand addresses.


SHIPPING COSTS

Our flat-rate shipping & handling fee is $10.00 within New Zealand.  

Customers please note: Additional postage charges may apply if your order needs to be split into separate parcels due to size and weight. You will be contacted about this before your order is shipped.


ORDERING AND PAYING

Your order will ship after confirmation of payment is made and approved. No items are considered sold until the item has been fully paid for and dispatched.

STAXS does not offer a purchase over the phone option through our stores. Please purchase through our online or retail stores only.


SHIPPING

Once payment is received and confirmed, your order will be picked, packed and labelled and the courier will collect your parcel for delivery.

Deliveries:
Couriers take 1-2 days in New Zealand to deliver to major metropolitan areas. However service times may vary between 1 and 10 days.

Please ensure you give us an address where someone will be available to sign for and receive your parcel during week days.


We do not deliver items throughout the weekends due to delays in courier deliveries.

STOCK CONTROL

We make every effort to ensure that all products ordered are in stock. Our inventory is checked daily for out of stock or limited quantity items. Out of stock items are quickly removed from the web site, giving you the most up-to-date information. In some cases, it may be possible that an item that was in stock when you had placed your order may be out of stock by the time your order is processed. In these cases, you will be notified via e-mail by a customer service representative and given the option of a credit note or full refund.

We DO NOT ACCEPT personal cheques or direct bank transfers.


RETURNS POLICY

Please choose your purchase carefully as we do not provide a refund if you change your mind. Exchanges must be returned and exchanged within 10 days of the original purchase date. An online credit note will be issued for change of mind or if an exchange in size or colour cannot be met due to stock levels.
Online credit notes are valid indefinitely so keep your coupon code safe and secure once you have received it.

Credit Notes & Vouchers are not refundable for cash, cheques, bank cards.

Refunds, exchanges or credit notes are not offered on SALE items.

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. All faulty goods must be sent back to Head Office for assessment before exchanges, credit notes or refunds are issued.

Return postage will only be reimbursed if the garment is deemed faulty at Head Office. This will be included in the refund.

All other return postage is at the customer’s expense.

The original receipt must be provided for ANY returned garments as proof of purchase. All garments must have their original tags still attached.
